Has anyone tried the new Rido saddle?
http://www.rido-cyclesaddles.com/sensational-new-r2-c100064.html

There are some reviews written by casual riders, but I'm looking for comments from someone who has actually done some long distance riding on it.

Ok, just done my first ride on it. Since no one commented, I took the plunge and ordered one. It feels like it does what it's supposed to do, but will not know for sure until I try it out for a longer distance. It's not soft, but seems to have good lift. For the money I can't complain.

Was worried the saddle would look ugly compared to the beautiful blue raven frame, but it actually blends in pretty well. So, my reasons for trying this saddle on a touring bike: positive reviews; inconspicuous compared to the original Rido; no dye; cheap; no breaking in and no proofide; will withstand rain; it looks comfortable Smiley
