Perhaps it is a case of "too much" explanation that has turned-off buyers. I've seen that happen before. Also, the seller has made clear he is in no hurry and is offering the bike on his own terms. Or, perhaps the copy is "too honest" and lacks appeal. Writing successful eBay listing copy is an art, and also involves some luck.
